Terms of Service

Check for Red Flags ("Service") is operated by Solar Energy Experts LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is (and isn't)

The Service provides an informational analysis of communication patterns in conversations you choose to upload. It is not therapy, not a medical or psychological diagnosis, and not legal advice. It describes patterns with supporting quotes; it does not diagnose any person or condition. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content and rights

You may only upload conversations you lawfully participated in and have the right to upload. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your analysis. We do not store your uploaded messages (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Pro plan is $3.99 per month. It is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal, and cancellation stops future renewals (your access continues until the end of the paid period). We may change pricing with advance notice.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to upload content you have no right to share.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis. The analysis is informational only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
