Your privacy is the foundation of this Service. This policy explains what we collect and how your conversation data is handled.

Your uploaded messages

The conversations you upload are processed in-memory to generate your analysis and are not written to our databases. Analysis runs on a no-retention AI that does not store your messages or use them to train any model. After your request is served, the message content is discarded.

What we collect

• Billing information for Pro subscribers, handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Your email (if you subscribe) for receipts and account management.
• Basic usage data (e.g., pages visited) and cookies for functionality and analytics.

Advertising and analytics

We may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to measure advertising and improve the Service. These tools may set cookies and report aggregate actions (such as a completed purchase). They do not receive the content of your conversations.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, provide support, and measure marketing.

Sharing

We share only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, our no-retention AI provider, hosting). We do not sell your data.

Data retention

Uploaded conversation content is not retained. Billing and account records are kept as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account/billing data by emailing us. Because conversation content is never stored, there is nothing to delete there.

Children

The Service is for adults 18+ and is not directed to children.
